Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for software user thru phone call, email and chat
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and rectify reported problems
  • Do daily support task by queue
  • Manage customer complaints/requests
  • Willing to ask and seek for advise to understand system flow
  • Ready to accept new instructions from management to update skills
  • Liaise with other department to make sure all task can run smoothly

Requirements:

  • Familiar/experienced with online support, tech savvy, and software related
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Self motivated, fast learner, mature, committed and understands job priority.
  • Good communication skills
