Responsibilities:
- Provide support for software user thru phone call, email and chat
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and rectify reported problems
- Do daily support task by queue
- Manage customer complaints/requests
- Willing to ask and seek for advise to understand system flow
- Ready to accept new instructions from management to update skills
- Liaise with other department to make sure all task can run smoothly
Requirements:
- Familiar/experienced with online support, tech savvy, and software related
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Self motivated, fast learner, mature, committed and understands job priority.
